Red

Green

Green is the color of nature representing healing, harmony and balance. Green can elicit restoration, growth, and prosperity. Green feels restful, refreshing, and healthy living. As a negative green can connote envy.

 

 

 

Blue

Blue conveys intelligence, trust and loyalty. Stability and communication capture the essence of blue. Blue can also represent calm, reflection and truth. Darker blue can symbolize clear thought while softer blues reflect calmness and serenity.

 

 

 

Violet

Purple

Purple is the color of imagination, mystery, wonder and magic. Purple also elicits power and ambition. Purple symbolizes nobility, royalty, wealth and luxury. Purple combines the strength of red and the intelligence of blue.

 

 

 

White

White represents light, innocence and goodness. White is associated with faith and purity. The essence of white is cleanliness, a clean slate, wholesomeness and simplicity. White can also symbolize positivity, clarity, and confidence. White is the balance of all colors and wavelengths reflected out. White light contains all wavelengths ranging from 400nm (violet) to 700 nm (red).

Black

Black represents sophistication, elegance, beauty and formality. Black can elicit strength, authority and can be intimidating. There is a mystery that surrounds black. Black is all wavelengths absorbed, therefore, no wavelengths are reflected outward. Black is the absence of light.  Black can represent protection, clarity and seriousness.
