By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service
Creative Brand Land provides branding, design, SEO, marketing strategy, and related consulting services. Scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in proposals or written agreements.
2. No Guarantees
We apply industry best practices, but no specific results are guaranteed, including rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, approvals, and accurate information. Delays may affect timelines and outcomes.
4. Fees & Additional Costs
Unless explicitly stated in writing, package pricing excludes:
- Advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, social ads)
- Third-party platforms or software (e.g., email platforms like Klaviyo, CRMs, analytics tools)
- Premium plugins or licenses (e.g., Yoast or similar tools)
- Video production or editing
- Any additional third-party or production costs
These items are billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables. Creative Brand Land may display non-confidential work samples in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Brand Land is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services per the applicable agreement. Outstanding balances remain due.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Creative Brand Land operates.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Revisions
Each project includes three revisions.
- All revision requests must be submitted in writing (email, Slack, or other approved communication channels).
- Revisions beyond the included three will be billed at your standard hourly rate.
- A revision is defined as a refinement of existing work, not a new creative direction or added scope.
11. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before any work begins for all one‑time projects.
- Monthly packages renew automatically and work continues only when payment is received.
- Late or missing payments pause all work until the account is brought current.
12. Cancellation & Refunds
- Clients may cancel only before payment is submitted.
- Once work has begun, payments are non‑refundable due to the time, strategy, and resources allocated to the project.
13. Scope of Work & Additional Services
- Anything outside the agreed‑upon scope will be billed at $100 per hour.
- Scope changes must be approved in writing by both parties.
- Any additional fees must be paid before new work begins.
14. Delays
- If delays occur on either side, they will be communicated in writing.
- Client delays may impact timelines and delivery dates.
15. Subcontractors
- Clients may not hire or solicit Creative Brand Land subcontractors for any services during the project or for a period of time afterward (you can specify 6–12 months if you want).
16. Communication
- All project communication, approvals, and revision requests must be submitted in writing (email, Slack, or other approved channels).
- Verbal conversations do not override written agreements unless confirmed in writing.
